Folafemi Oyegoke

Tax Manager

I started to develop an interest in tax when I worked as a volunteer for a tax charity called Tax Aid in 2013.  After many months of volunteering my interest soon became a passion as I cherished and enjoyed the opportunity to learn the basic concepts of taxation.

My imagination was truly fired when I began to appreciate the importance and impact of tax, as I worked with, and around, key professionals who were bigwigs and experienced individuals in the tax industry, early on in my career.

I joined Menzies LLP as a tax associate and obtained my ATT qualification in 2015.  Thereafter, I moved to BDO LLP where I qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) in 2017, before joining Elman Wall.

My experience is in providing private client tax services for high net worth entrepreneurial individuals. Here at Elman Wall, I am relishing the opportunity to use my knowledge and expertise to advice and support a wide range of high net worth individuals in their tax matters.

Outside of the profession, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy keeping active through playing netball every week and attending the gym regularly.  Given that I have to look great for my coming wedding, keeping active (which I have always enjoyed) is somewhat becoming more of a chore.
