We don"t really expect to get thanked by clients - after all we do get paid for the work we do for them. So it was particularly rewarding for us to find that a client who had been with us for about 18 months had written to AiTO - The Association of Independent Tour Operators, a very select travel trade association of which they are members and we are business partners. AiTO published the submission and we gratefully reproduce it their permission.
